Today`s KARLEN SOLUTION Management Team has been in this shipbuilding and ships-refurbishment industry since year 1995. Extensive experience has been obtained throughout the years by working in few different shipbuilding companies. Today`s team is combination of experienced people who are dedicated to serve you best. Projects where our team has been involved in are done since early planning stage until final hand over to customer. Projects completed are more than 20 and our scope of works included:

1) Project management and on site supervision.

2) Background outfitting works, containing such works as welding of penetrations, foundations, pipe spools, supports, hangers, cable trays, coamings, furring channels.

3) Installation of insulation + pin`s, B15 screens and draught stops.

4) Interior outfitting  we have done all visual part of construction side, such as both crew & passenger cabins and corridors in accommodation areas as well outfitting of public spaces.

1) Frames for public spaces and other areas (for walls and ceiling paneling)

3) Coamings for wet rooms and food handling areas.
Prefabrication of wet units and modular cabins on site (any location in the world) or in our partners factory in Estonia
Visible part interior outfitting works.
1) Walls construction from frames + panel and from paneling system including stainless steel walls for food handling areas
2) Wallpaper installation for all areas including surface preparations. Wallpapering with Gislaved, Muraspec, Strataflex or with material on Clients demand.
3) Ceiling systems installation including tailor made ceilings used in industry, to suit public spaces, accommodation and food handling areas.
4) Flooring works: floating floor systems, damping layers, levelling, slopes, underlayment, vinyl, carpeting, skirting, parquet, renewal of floor covering, waterproofing for wet areas including pools. Tiling works for walls, floor and pools
5) Furniture installation as well as manufacturing through our long term partner.  It includes Marine & Hospitality furniture.
